a way to get the money back?
Otilo😢
😥😥Unfortunately
Hi, sorry that i sent you DM... Can you please help me with issue of unauthorized transaction, which was performed thru Trust wallet app from my wallet ? I already submitted a ticket to Trust wallet support team, but almost one week passed and i have no answer about this issue from Trust wallet support team...
No one can help you Here below you can read more about a #compromised wallet
I think it's not truth that no one can help in this situation. If this unauthorized transaction performed it means it was illegal or fraud. I still have right to use what was in my wallet, even after this issue. Can you answer please some technical questions?
Sorry but that's not how a decentralized non-custodial on-chain wallet works. No one can help you. Yes I can answer to all the technical questions you have. Please read first this: https://t.me/trustwallet/1/1381384
I read this already, thanks. Even if wallet decentralised non-custodial it doesn't mean, that someone can steal what was in in this wallet by unauthorized transaction or have a right to do this. This how law works. The question is how smartphone device can be corrupted and how it's posible to control and performed unauthorized transaction thru smartphone without permission of owner?
What does the device have to do with this situation?
I search my Google account history and saw, that Trust wallet app was opened in my device during transaction in the same time...but no one physically use it in this time.
So can you tell me please how is possible to perform this unauthorised transaction without Physical access to device owner, where was installed Trust wallet application?
This has nothing to do with Trust Wallet. If someone has access to your device via some kind of viruses, that's not TW fault
Maybe someone access your device online
I can't tell was infected device by some kind of virus or no before unauthorized transaction, i just saw in Google history that during unauthorized transaction Trust Wallet application was opened. So, to clarify if it's was a virus or done physically by human fingers, need to get logs from Trust wallet data gathering center. If it possible to get logs about registration of pushing buttons inside Trust Wallet application during unauthorized transaction?
Maybe, maybe not...
There is not such a thing. Especially because if your device is the issue, Trust has no involvement in this
Well... I can't clarify if this issue is device problem, or physically done by someone so quickly that i didn't saw or Trust wallet app problem. Can be anything ...So i want to have all possible data from Trust wallet app related to my wallet during some period of time, when was performed unauthorised transaction from my wallet thru Trust wallet application. Can you tell me please if such data possible to get?
Not possible. Especially because Trust Wallet has nothing to do with it. You said yourself " i just saw in Google history that during unauthorized transaction Trust Wallet application was opened." So it's all about your device
Well, i described and tell you what i found, but i cant tell you that this history data from Google account means that Trust wallet app was activated physically by pushing buttons on device or remotely, or maybe someone from Trust wallet team performed something.. I can declare only this, that physical action which was performed with device or action which was performed remotely thru Trust wallet application which is related to unauthorized transaction from owner wallet, was performed by someone else, not by the owner of wallet. To be honest I didn't expect such a cold attitude from Trust wallet support team, but I am grateful that you give answers...
Trust wallet is decentralized non-custodial on-chain wallet, so this statement "maybe someone from Trust wallet team performed somethin" can appear as a false accusation. Not Trust Wallet related situation since the faulty point here is your device
Well, i just want to find what is happened, no one accuse nobody. Can you tell me please for sure, that faulty point is device?
Can you give please some stronger and extended explanation than just percentage digits, that unauthorised transaction was performed cause faulty point was is owner device?
You said yourself " i just saw in Google history that during unauthorized transaction Trust Wallet application was opened."
i will try to be more specific... Google gives info that Trust wallet application was used and give specific data when it was used(i assumed that Google saves using date, directly when app closing), Google not gives info about when application was opened or closed. But why and how this info gives you strong evidence that faulty point in this situation is owner device?
Exactly because Google recorded it. Google = your device or your account.
Well, good, so google recorded only date when application was used, google not gives info in which way it was used, physically, remotely or how application was opened and in which way opened. This kind of data can clear the way to understand in which way device bacame faulty and it can gives a link to resolving issue. It is possible to get from trust wallet app or Trust wallet app servers this kind of data?
Again. Google tells you someone used the app, not the wallet (as no one can record a wallet). So there is the device's fault. How did they access to it? You need to ask to who fix phones
Sorry, maybe in some way i repeating some questions, but i want to be clear for sure if you not mind... Trust wallet application recording any actions such as time opening and closing of application or any other action performed inside application or during the period when Trust wallet app was used? Or Trust wallet application record nothing?
Here you can find what we collect: https://trustwallet.com/privacy-policy as for the action taken, no, we do not collect them as it would be impossible since there is no account data to collect
