So potentially, I make a risk/reward assesment, and make a

decision that it is worth locking at 52%. That may drop to 40%, a rate I feel is not worth the risk? No problem, I just have to include the floating APY in my risk assesment. It is not clear from the Treasury page that the APY is floating and not locked.
