that's a great question. according to my understanding : 1- Reef is the only Blockchain specifically designed for DeFi. which is to say, that the frequent Smart Contract hacking problems encountered on other Blockchains should not be observed here. 2- REEF is the most advanced EVM compatible Blockchain. here it is necessary to understand EVM and what it implies. polygon is a Layer 2 Blockchain. REEF is Layer 1 and is highly compatible with EVM. this is a big relief for coders on EVM who will no longer have to worry about exorbitant fees on Etherum. 3- working on REEF is like working on EVM. 4- REEF is compatible with Polkadot.
