Only phrase gives you write access to the wallet. Search for your phrase. No other way to recover your wallet.

You claim to be a beginner in crypto, however this wallet address is pretty old with lots of transactions. Looks like you are either scamming, trying to use a borrowed wallet, or something else. On which blockhain was your USDT?

A workaround will be to import your trustwallet seed phrase into keystore and manage your fund from there. Hopefully app store and trustwallet will be resolved soon and then the update to trustwallet can be pushed too.
