1. stakeglmr.com 2. The main thing is to make sure that the total bonded of the collator is not high and not low, somewhere in the middle, so that it does not fly out of the active set. Well, also look at the min bond at your collator to be in the top 300 delegators. if the collator does not have 300 delegators, then the min bond will be 50. when it reaches 300 delegators, the min bond can grow greatly and knock you out. https://stakeglmr.com/ - you can check all the data here https://moonbeam.network/tutorial/choose-a-collator-on-moonbeam-and-moonriver/ 3. You can revoke/unbond at any time, but this process takes 7 days

Can you Vote for the process down to 3 days?

I think not, because the Moonbeam is very conservative, and here all the processes take longer

Hi ASK332! Glad to see you're coming into GLMR Staking! At website shared by Turrizt you can find all the Collators stats live mode, updated in real time! We are Iceberg Nodes, we run already several nodes onto Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem. About GLMR: we were selected at launch from Moonbeam Foundation as Community Collator due t our reliability and Staking performances. Our min bond currently is 350 GLMR and we provide 25% APR, that can easily become 30% by compounding rewards on daily basis. We were in the active pool since the beginning thanks to our Robust Strategy in terms of Collators Ranking (+ high reserve amount). If you are interested about a safe and fruitful Staking experience, do not hesitate to contact us, you're welcome!

I staked with you, but how come we're on the verge of missing the active set with high + reserve? ( from top 10 to 60 ? )

Hi A H M! Staying in the upper part of the ranking is not so fruitful if you think about APR and Visibility. We are staying in the lower part of the Ranking but with no risk of going out of active set THANKS TO High Reserve of GLMR that our Nodes hold (currently on the side line ready to be injected into the node if required). Additionally, thanks to our exclusive Analytics Tools we can take all required actions in due advance👍

What kind of exclusive tools you use?

Analytical Tools developed by us, we use them to forecast future scenarios about Collators and Staking. We are developing an easy use version also for our delegators, working progress👍

There's no rocket science In selecting a Collator when we perceive risk mitigation as priority .. because at the end of the day You are the owner of Your precious GLMR. There's two view. A Collator view and a Staker/Delegator view. You can find the list of Collator on two website web3go & stakeglmr ( I can't post the link here , it got deleted once ..Thanks to one of our Admins here; helped me recover ) 65 is the threshold ; falling beyond it render the Collator inactive ( which means he can't generate rewards for his Delegator's and his commission ). Preferring a Collator should be community backed as advocated by the elders of moonbeam. What is community Collator ? There are two class of Node operators. Private and Community Collators. Being real; the Key objective of Delegator's/stakers is to earn rewards and appreciate it in both numbers and since delegation is a virtual holding the goal is to have our GLMR in a incubator and see it bloom. By delegating a Person puts his trust in Moonbeam; it's potential and it's vision ( along with enjoying the growth under it's canopy ) The first step is to select a Collator - the Lens through which You should narrow down one is in the explanation above 1) Collator with inherent ability to stay in active set 2) Community Collator Now, Every Collator is involve in activities to express their gratitude to Delegators. This comes in different way... But most prevalent is additional GLMR giveaways. Some Collators does far beyond that and reel in the power of Community to harness NFTs, liaise with Powerful Moonbeam projects and get private deals for their relators , early access, network with Devs and strategic investors and everything under Cryptosphere umbrella. We can for sake of convenience call them Community Centric Collators. Like ✈️ Utopia & Take Flight Alpha Or others with DAO form of community who are engaging themselves beyond Mundane Collator activities and adding value to Moonbeam Ecosystem from dawn to dusk.. They are rare... Before You stake Your GLMR ..please research a little more about every Collator. Weight your benefits beyond basic glmr rewards, if You would enjoy their community activities and association, accessibility and a playground to enjoy a nice cup of virtual coffee over Your daily DotSama scoop. Your third answer. All active Collators will appreciate You with rewards...APYs are governed by equations and economics. And Your GLMR is still a button press away from returning to you in 7 days to Your Wallet. ( In those 7 days , You will still continue to enjoy getting rewards if Your Now-ex Collator is in active set )

yes, all collators are safe, they do not have access to your funds, there is no slashing, the only thing that can happen is that the collator can be knocked out of the active set and you will stop receiving rewards
