Hello, it seems that the Okex Validator has synchronisation problems

with the Casper network, making impossible to withdraw CSPRs from this CEX. Could engineers from the Casperlab team or the Casper Association help them? Could you pass on the message please? Thank you.

If you're transferring to your own wallet which you control the private keys you can use '0'. If to another exchange then you'll have to check and confirm if the exchange requires a transfer ID.

History shows that exchanges tend to disable withdrawals when a network upgrade is planned or just happened. In case you've missed it: the Casper mainnet will be upgraded very soon (around April 4th) and therefore I think this could be a reason.
