41220. I cant check the status of the ticket as i already sign up but not getting any email for the password. When click forget password and entered my email, it says i dont have access to the portal.

As we can check you have transferred your funds directly to contract address. Once funds transferred to contract address can not be reversed/cancel, not even from our side .. Also replying over ticket.
