is expected to be similar to DAI in terms of collateral-minting?

I'm asking this because recently many criticise DAI as it has become a USDC wrapper(If I'm not wrong it is over 50%). So the argument is when we already have USDC why would be add another layer.

How do you see this case, the DAI situation, and vUSD?
