Yes, for example increase we could vote (delegators + validators) for the duration of undelegation or reduce/increase the inflation of the native token etc. Kepler has set up a pretty awesome governance interface for the different chains deployed or bound to cosmos (wallet.keplr.app), I loved seeing that for the Casper blockchain.
