So I can claim the rewards and stake them without

losing a portion of rewards (for premature withdrawal prior to full vesting)? I get where you both are coming from, and i certainly appreciate the clarification, but I think this info really needs to be on the site because it's not gonna be obvious to new users and they may wonder why they are being penalized withdrawing early. If it is somewhere on the site please correct me

Once claimed with say 12 month lock you cannot get access to those locked rewards before that 12 month period has come to an end

If that's the way KAVA wants to do it, that makes sense to increase TVL. Just think more clarity is desirable is all

Just to be clear it is only the rewards that are locked and not the supplied assets so doesn't increase the TVL

Oh okay. So it increases the floor price of the reward tokens then. Correct? Cause if there is incentive to keep them locked they're not being sold

I guess it prevents immediate sell pressure in the early days of an app, for example very few SWP are circulating as all 12 month SWP rewards are still locked untiul September at the earliest. I think as the app matures and already lots of rewards have unlocked and unlocking constantly every two weeks then I think it mught make more sense to move away from the long 12 month locks and instead perhaps either shorter periods of my preference a staggered unlock with tokens claimed today unlocking as a proportion each month so you get some immediately but also have some tied up and unlocking gradually over a longer period
