No we are not nor do we claim that. One of the reasons Casper was built was to solve many of the problems that Eth faces. Casper is often described as 'ETH 3.0' - it supports smart contracts, NFTs, DeFi - projects building on Casper can offer their platforms in a similar way to Ethereum but quicker and at lower cost.
