Hey, quick question about the treasury: let's imagine my liquidation

price is 0.22$, is it correct that the price has to remain <0.22$ for 60min for me to get liquidated?

Meaning if price goes <0.22$ for <60min then goes back >0.22$, even for a few minutes before going back <0.22$, the 60min grace period would be reset?
