If we add some more coti in a existing deposit

thzg is currently locked, will the early withdrawal fees will be resetted to full 2%?

No, the original unlock date will stay the same even after topping up, so it won't reset to 2% AFAIK (but an admin can correct me if this assumption is wrong). BUT keep in mind, an early withdrawal will also forfeit all the rewards you've accumulated during the lock period (and if you already claimed rewards during the lock period, these will be deducted from your deposit when withdrawing). So early withdrawal is really not recommended, but if it's the only choice for not getting liquidated, then you don't have other options 😅

He means that if you add additional funds into deposit, there is no early withdrawal fee. This fee occurred only once you withdraw it before lock up finished

You're adding to your existing coti in your deposit, you're not withdrawing it so the forfeit fees won't count.
