am not able to access my account, because the system is broken (not getting the security authentication email - in fact not getting any auto-mails) and there hasn't been any kind of support in any channel (email, online ticket, social media).
Will Huobi ever provide any kind of support to its users?
Huobi! Stop ignoring your users having problems with your buggy product! You have my funds locked for the past three weeks, without me being able to access them!! This is getting serious here and I will have to find some way to gain access to my account. I still cannot believe how a company can behave like that, laughing at customers' faces, not providing any kind of support. Just doesn't get into my head, how anyone would want to use such a platform...

Just for the rest to know (and hopefully to warn potential new poor users): it's almost each and ever day like this. I'm still trying to access my account (for already three weeks now) and each and every day they just ignore me...
