Trying to understand Metapolis as it relates to Zilliqa. I

first thought Zilliqa was building The Metapolis as I've read lots of references to Metapolis being the first metaverse project being built by an L1 blockchain, which makes me this is a Zilliqa project but I'm now understanding, like other dApps (ie xcad), Metapolis is it's own entity and operates independently from Zilliqa. Is this correct? But then I see Sandra Helou, who I thought worked for Zilliqa, as that's what it says on her Twitter account " Head of Metaverse & NFT's @Zilliqa, is also listed on the Metapolis website as a co-founding member of Metapolis, As an investor and a fan (since 2018) I'm just trying to understand if I have this right? Metapolis and Zilliqa are two separate business entities and Sandra works for both?

You can be a cofounder of an organization without being an active employee or working directly on the project. Many cofounders hold advisory positions.
