Isn't the 36% (ish) annual inflation of the "circulating/non OA HEX Supply" going to nuke the HEX price?

Especially because the annual increase of 36% is delayed till a stake ends. So the amount of liquid/sellable/non OA HEX supply will increase like maybe 200% in 1 year when a 6 year long stake will end

The overall interest will go down. If 100% of HEX is staked then everybody gets 3.69%

Oa shouldn't stake because it wants to earn more HEX, it should stake, in my theory, to restrain the inflation of the circulating/non OA total supply of HEX

The inflation is currently insignificant. It was negative for a significant part of the year. Even very negative if the sacrificed HEX would be accounted into it. So, let's not worry about insignificant risks.

Of course it was, because the payout is delayed. All the piled up inflation (36% annually) will be paid out at once, after the stakes end. So for a 6 year stake you wil receive 200% of your principal.

No, I'm not sure you understand how inflation works. There's no way to calculate future inflation in HEX. It is just impossible as it is fully in control of the staker class. While you can have a rough idea on how much HEX is eligible for minting at any time and can reasonably expect most of it will be minted, you can't have a clue on how much will be burnt in the same time.

Guess you are to afraid for big dips when lots of stakes end after 6 years. Dips are in the game. After those 6yrs there will be plenty of people willing to buy HEX, because it proved itself

HEX has a pretty neat mechanism to maintain scarcity and this mechanism proved itself by the recent periods of deflation. But scarcity by itself means absolutely nothing. It is only relevant in combination with demand and liquidiity.
