Akashlytics.
1. What were and are the biggest pain points for you when creating the Akashlytics?
2. There are some differences between Akashlytics and Akash Network metrics (stats.akash.network). What is the reason for such differences? Is it different approach for measuring stats?
3. Do you plan to be a deployment platform for managed services as well?
4. What is the ultimate Akashlytics goal for you? Where, on percentage scale, do you think Akashlytics is at the moment in regards to this vision/potential?
5. Do you have any feedback on the Akashlytics from any people from “Cloud Web2” world?
6. I think it might be fun to have an Akashlytics app for the mobile phone including a widget for showing Network statistics. I know this is really the least concern for you right now since you have tons of other more important things to do, but are you considering such a thing for the future? :)
7. How does Akashlytics platform make money except for donations? Is there any fee for using the platform? I am asking to see if the platform will be sufficiently funded for the future growth and development, not interested in any numbers.
Good luck with the Akashlytics. Thanks for what you do for the ecosystem and keep up the good work!
Thanks
Tom
Hey Tom, I'll try to answer all your question haha 1. Figuring out how the network works and reverse engineering Akash's Go code into javascript. 2. I wrote an article about that here https://medium.com/@akashlytics/akashlytics-v1-0-0-862c5c41dd38 3. Time will tell, but we're thinking about it. 4. Ultimate goal is to become the number one place to deploy on decentralized cloud infrastructure, and we're just getting started ;) 5. Yes and there's a lot of things we can improve.. We come from the "Cloud Web2" world so we have a good idea. 6. The new explorer we're making will be a PWA and you will be able to install it on your phone. 7. Currently we're funded by the community pool. We don't want to monetize our apps as it would just bring more friction and slow down growth. Hope that answers your questions and thanks for asking!
