Ah you have to Stake ALBT to actually use the

Fundrs app in the first place. So if ALBT lets say goes to $10 wouldn't that make it less accessible to average people to access the dapp? From here would this be where the DAO comes in and votes changes in the tier system? (ie instead of 5000 ALBT to access the dapp it changes to 10 ALBT)
