Hi, i have seen some youtube video where they are

saying COTI is more of a centralised block chain. Having a master node. If that true, What if the master node goes down?
Can someone explain how COTI works? With existing 8 or 9 nodes...?

Do you think Dr Nir would allow a DAG with one master node as you put it? Any serious tech company wouldn't have one node whatsoever.
