The max supply has been removed since Reef Chain is a blockchain with both inflationary mechanism (for rewarding validators and nominators (staking)) as well as deflationary mechanism (the block explorer will soon show how many tokens have been burned). The supply might never reach 20B - its all up to the validators which in a few months will be a diversity of different projects/companies - Klever was the first one but many more are coming including reputable exchanges
