Good. I started learning JS recently just to understand solidity syntax. Started to code in Python a couple of years ago and still find its syntax more readable and convenient. Thanks for the answer, hope there will be more use of vyper.

Yearn does a ton of their work in Vyper if Im not mistaken. Plenty of folks use it. A very talented trainer once told me that the best way to get a big bench press is to bench more. Probably the best way to get good at Solidity isnt to write in JS, its to build things in Solidity.

It does have similar functionality (both languages for programming EVM smart contracts), but sometimes momentum gets behind something for whatever reason, and now that theres a really robust team both driving forward the development of Python and a huge community of folks pulling it along, building libraries/tooling for it, its become hard to stop for sure
