Hey there, Please try these and let me know: 1. Uninstall the VeVe app. 2. Restart your phone to clear app cache (do not skip this step) 3. Install the VeVe app from the appstore. 4. Turn off WiFi, use mobile data. 5. Turn off VPN and any proxy services. 6. Launch app. 7. Login
also make sure if your app is updated as always :)
