"Introduction of a loyalty program with VIP Tiers based on Kava token holdings so larger kava holders benefit with higher yields" wouldn't that encourage centralisation rather than decentralisation? Shouldn't highest yields go to lowest stalkers by amount locked adjusted to commission ratio?

Do you mean to reduce staking rewards slightly (which has increased considerably from around 31% to 36.3% in recent months) partly due to the growth in total supply, and would likely to be back above 28% within the month I think Scott mentioned a proposal likely to go up within a week or so
