The proposal might need some tweeking, to also benefit NSBT

holders in a way (because convertionrate for recap token is a ? right now, maybe this should be a fixed rate), but I believe it will pass.
The only ? I have now is why Waves doesn’t rise, because this will bring a huge incentive to buy and lock Waves. Or am I missing something?
(I know crypto market looks bad, but traditional markets started recovery, soon crypto should follow imo)
