It has not, but as everyone is aware, ~80% of the Zilliqa team has changed, and we're rebuilding and scaling aggresively internally. So while some areas are covered, amplified and public, others are still being worked, re-worked and non-public gZil in particular is a very tricky subject, as governance tokens are nothing to toy about with. Once you commit to something it can make or break the model. So rest assured it is being worked on. Can you DM me please Paul, I'd like to review your proposal
