rose to 195 ETH (due to earned fees).
Now when I try to withdraw all 195 ETH I get the warning that I will only get 20% ETH + 80% BNT.
Interestingly, I get a fair ratio if I lower the withdrawal amount to 1 ETH, then it's 57% ETH + 43% BNT.
Why are liquidity providers who invest a lot of money (like me) so disadvantaged?
As a small liquidity provider with only 1 ETH would have gotten 57% back in ETH, but I as a big liquidity provider only get 20% back in ETH.
r/Bancor - I submitted 192 ETH but can only withdraw 20% of ETH
I still have some questions:
How much is 20% ETH + 80% BNT in absolute terms?
1 ETH costs $1,926 while 1 BNT costs $1.33 Means 1 ETH is 1448 BNT.
If I get 20% ETH + 80% BNT (from the 195 ETH) this is my calculation:
39 ETH ($75,000 value) + 225,888 BNT ($300,000 value) == $375,000
Is my calculation correct?
Last question:
Why does Bancor give me 20% ETH + 80% BNT.
Other LP givess 100% initial stake or 50/50 ratio
Hi, LM rewards were always earned in BNT, swap fees in the TKN you provide. Active pools have LM rewards that you will receive in BNT in addition you will receive trading fees from swaps in the pool in the TKN you staked.
You will earn trading fees from swaps that happen in the pool in the TKN you staked + liquidity mining rewards in BNT.
