I Wonder if coti team possess any information about this

scam horde. Its Not a one person for sure but some kind of scam organisation. Why Do they attack this community? Is it only coti's problem or other communities also have such "friendly" environment?

I see. Creating a group and initiating bots to write there about airdrop could be solved in code. But monitoring the group 24hours and then writing to everybody asking questions/phoning you can be quite timespending for one person. They Do it systematicaly

I don't think they manually invite ppl. That would be too time consuming. Instead, they can join the group as a regular user, use the telegram API to collect the member list from that group and then use the API to invite them to the fake group. So it happens more automatically. I think this is also how the scam DMs work probably. They just scan the telegram chat for ppl that are asking for help, using some keywords like "support, help, stuck,.." and automatically start a conversation when those words are detected. That's all my guess. I don't have real experience with this 😅
