@KJ_moboxPh opened a ticket now with another email and received

the ticket number! i think @gmail is having problems at zendesk. as I don't really know if the other tickets I opened were actually opened, I decided to open it with another email from me. do you know if there is a problem opening a ticket with an email other than the one registered in the mbox account? even having informed my email and login name in the descriptions?

Thats fine. It will be received and when they ask u for your account details u can respond to that. Thanks for updating us.
