the ticket number! i think @gmail is having problems at zendesk. as I don't really know if the other tickets I opened were actually opened, I decided to open it with another email from me. do you know if there is a problem opening a ticket with an email other than the one registered in the mbox account? even having informed my email and login name in the descriptions?
