Would probably have better luck there. Also, next time, consider writing your seed phrase down and keeping it somewhere safe.

Can't change the past. Just gotta do better in the future. Could take your hdd to a data recovery center. As long as you didn't overwrite that part of the disk, the information should still be there.
2 years.. That's pretty unlikely
That's not how hard drives work at all. Unless it's shattered to pieces, or overwritten, you can most likely take it to a data recovery center and get it back. That's your best bet, if you ask me.
What I'm saying is that the odds the drive wasn't overwritten after two years of use is fairly unlikely. If it's saved in the restore, you can try it, but a tech won't have anymore ability to pull something that's not in the index or the index was overwritten. It's incredibly high odds against it.
