Binance offered a fixed shared amount of rewards 10.400.00 Reef. They will be distributed to all the stakers. More stakers means less rewards.

Just to clarify. The 10.4 Million Reef are rewards for participating in Promotion 2 (purchase 40000+ reef- share in 7M reef) and Promotion 3 (New users to staking- share in 3.4M reef). It is not a fixed shared amount paid to all stakers for staking.
