Hello Serum team, I'm planning to use Serum Order Book

to let my users trade my project's native token.
I've tried to use Raydium Trading UI and encountered number of issues which make it unusable for users to trade manually from UI . Specifically:
1) Order Book buy side - all good. Order Book sell side - not showing all price levels. Order Book on Sonar DEX shows all price levels, Raydium does not show all price levels. Yet Sonar has no charting
2) Order Book sell side - not updating when placing order
3) Order Book sell side - not matching within 30 mins. Nothing happens. All transactions went thru successfully on Solscan
4) Order Book sell side - placing order fails with "insufficient funds" when wallet balance is 20x more than order fees
5) Periodically Raydium says "Order failed". Ok, you place another order - and then it appears that previous one went thru as well - that's extremely confusing
6) UI is slow to update information on open orders/trades which makes things even more confusing when you don't know what really went thru and what didn't

Who is the right person to talk to about those issues and maybe getting them fixed eventually?
