The main thing is to make sure that the total bonded of the collator is not high and not low, somewhere in the middle, so that it does not fly out of the active set. well, also look at the min bond at your collator to be in the top 300 delegators. you need to pay attention to min bond, since only the top 300 delegators receive rewards. when the number of delegators is 300 (for each collator) , the minimum bond will be based on the most recent 300th delegator. https://stakeglmr.com/ ; https://stakemovr.com- you can check all the data here https://moonbeam.network/tutorial/choose-a-collator-on-moonbeam-and-moonriver/ all collators are safe, they do not have access to your funds, there is no slashing, the only thing that can happen is that the collator can be knocked out of the active set and you will stop receiving rewards. but you will be able to revoke and withdraw your funds in 2-7 days (2 days for Moonriver, 7 days for Moonbeam)

all collators have >300 under "Delegation" column. Does this mean they exceed the 300 delegators limit to be eligible for reward. I understand it works in the FCFS and can not get rewards if i stake with them

maybe not. all 300 for sure qualify the min bond, 50GLMR for instance and stake good amount. it looks like a lottery :)

You can knock out any of the top 300 if your bond is more than min bond. This is not fcfs
