until validation leaving them open to Hack. Quants solution encrypts and sends 1 to 1 instantly, right?
Depends on the bridge, the 2 most common hacks are to hack the price oracle, then buy at low prices, send through bridge. Then, there are the "century" hacks, bridges do not validate like a Blockchain, they use very few validators, sometimes only 2, this leaves a huge gap. I'm interested to know how quant can stop this happening through their API's?
Thanks for the reply man. I'm just an outside looking in. Given GVs Cyber CV I have absolutely no doubt he has these solutions baked in and is a major reason for investment. I would also like to understand the underlying solution.
Just to clarify, how does Quant remain immune to the bridge compromise? And yes, I'm an outsider looking in, I love the potential of quant, just asking questions to validate my thoughts.
They don't use bridges in the traditional sense. Hopefully someone knowledgeable can pitch in. All these bridge hacks are music to Gilberts ears. He foresaw the solution.
Hope so, is there an admin who can point us in the right direction?
Isn't the bridge problem a blockchain thing?
