No, Sorry, like Dorin said, currently the sources are not available. But depends on your goals you can take a look at the Tron github repo. Because Legacy Network is a fork of Tron there are a lot of similarities between Tron and Legacy. If you want know how the Blockchain works, its worth to look at the Tron sources. If you want see differences between Tron and Legacy than its useless to look at the Tron repo. So it depends on your personal goal. But to be honest: If its your goal to build a dapp or some kind of backend service you dont need the source code of the node software. Then you can start just with the APIs which are good documented

Developers are very limited to what’s available at the moment the source code will be public once ready, there’s some interesting work from a community member @Jomikel.
