they should erase LP's deficit by injecting fresh money raised from ICO. Those funds woul be locked until they find a solution that woul allow to reactivate ILP. Then they reactivate ILP, and everyone get its entire stack back. Everyone is happy, bancore team will be heroes. Happy ending for everyone
