👂CQ1. Security is something basic and necessary in any kind of project and now more than ever the community wants security so I'd like to know what mechanisms or measures you have in place to protect your users? How secure are your smart contracts against attacks? Have they been audited?

🗣CA1. COTI’s Trustchain code was reviewed by leading tech analysts, including:
- Andre Cronje voluntary code review: Positive feedback with regards to COTI’s Full Node, DSP Node, Trust Score (TS) Node, and Zero Spend server. Additional positive remarks on the decentralized nature of COTI nodes and their overall design pattern with promise as a well-thought-out distributed payment solution.

- Allie Zhang Blep Coin code review: According to Zhang, having KYC/AML and arbitration built-in on the DLT level gives COTI the potential for higher performance than other projects that implement KYC/AML and arbitration. Positive feedback with regards to the COTI Full Nodes and DSP Nodes, citing that “the code looks good and it matches the whitepaper well.”
- Peer reviews: Decent Crypto, nakamo.to and Advanced Blockchain, Leonid Beder from orbs, and Guillaume Ballet from the Ethereum Foundation.

👂CQ2. Will DJED's success directly have an impact on $COTI and $SHEN values?

🗣CA2. So basically DJED will affect the COTI ecosystem through the operational fees. In simple words, for every action the DJED contract performs, the COTI ecosystem receives a share in ADA that will be used to buy COTI from the open market and streamlined into the COTI treasury to be distributed to our COTI holders community.

SHEN on the other hand is directly affected by the amount of ADA in the contract (among other parameters) and the amount of ADA in the contract is directly related to the minting and burning of DJED.

👂CQ3. What is the role of the $COTI token in the COTInetwork ecosystem? Would you tell us more about its tokenomics?. - How does your project generate revenue for the project & users?

🗣CA3. The COTI coin has 2 main utilities: (1) native coin of COTI ecosystem, (2) tx fees on Trustchain. This means that COTI is used for paying transaction fees and can be staked to earn rewards in the Treasury.

What is the COTI Treasury?
The COTI Treasury is an algorithmic pool of COTI, where users can deposit COTI and be rewarded for their participation. The pool grows over time as the entire ecosystem pays fees, directly or indirectly, to the Treasury. When a user deposits COTI into the Treasury, they are entitled to a share of the Treasury that grows over time as the pool collects more and more fees from the COTI ecosystem.
