For instance Boris Johnson was born in NY, but he gave up US citizneship becuase US govenrment demanded him to pay tax because he had properties in London that is a foreign country from the State.

Okay, basically Boris Johnson was born in NY but his paraents are British. -> His family and him moved to London when was hie childhood. -> BJ got inherited some houses(real estate) from his parents -> Since BJ is default US citizen due to his birth in the State, US government demanded him to pay tax from his house in London -> BJ said fuck off to US government and renounced his citizenship. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/dec/31/americans-seeking-renounce-citizenship-stuck
