What are everyone's thoughts on AMMs generally? Have seen their

protocol tokens dropping steadily way before the terra Luna debacle/crash, seems a great proportion of people farm and dump their tokens.

With the incentive rewards dropping in price - it's only natural that TVLs might dwindle to only what projects provide - many LPs will naturally drop out if there is no profits + massive IL risk - I can imagine very poor TVLs soon putting into question AMMs purpose of existence

Despite the issues you guys are having- at least you have acknowledged the problem 🙏

My thoughts are order book dexes are not looking so bad right now. But ideally a hybrid of both- need to maximize trading fees and volume somehow and share them between LPs, makers and the dev/foundation. These fees really need to be able to cover IL + more

I think onchain trading liquidity is crucial to a thriving blockchain ecosystem. Whether that’s accomplished via AMMs or order-book based DEXes is debatable, I guess Though historically speaking AMMs have been the clear victor
