please give feedback on what terms you think would be fair if we were to receive a bailout from the foundation as a last resort effort?

Mark said that he's open to discussing this topic, so please gather your ideas and thoughts here so we can clearly communicate our thoughts with the foundation.

I agree, and I'd hope core contributors would be pro-active in getting this cleared up as they are some of the few people that actually can have that conversation. It's a topic that will keep coming up until there is a definitive answer
