The main thing is to make sure that the total bonded of the collator is not high and not low, somewhere in the middle, so that it does not fly out of the active set. well, also look at the min bond at your collator to be in the top 300 delegators. you need to pay attention to min bond, since only the top 300 delegators receive rewards. when the number of delegators is 300 (for each collator) , the minimum bond will be based on the most recent 300th delegator. https://stakeglmr.com/ - you can check all the data here https://moonbeam.network/tutorial/choose-a-collator-on-moonbeam-and-moonriver/

Admins already gave you relevant info, let me just add some hints about GLMR Staking using Official Moonbeam Dapp: Current avg Apr is around eighteen (value is decreasing along time due to increasing adoption but, higher values up to 22% can be achieved by selecting proper Collator😉).. about Apr basically... is a tradeoff game! If you pick high rank you're safe but lower apr, if you pick low you get higher apr but with more risk (risk is the Collator going inactive below ranking 64th, that means you stop gaining rewards, but your funds will always be safe, Collator cannot access them!!) Reason why usually we suggest a good compromise (middle range). Our suggestion is to go for a reliable Collator aiming Safety (in terms of staying inside Active Set) also because... Starting since last 26th May, no more rewarding during revoke period (7 days)! Reason why to select a Good and Reliable Collator is now more than ever a KEY for success on Staking💪 On Discord Moonbeam at section #meet the Collator, you can also deep dive about Community Collators like us, the ones selected by Foundation at Project launch on January 2022!If any doubts, let us know! We wish you all nice Accumulation period with current prices, this is the Way, especially for GLMR😉
