A follow on proposal will be submitted to turn off this extra inflation. The inflationary KAVA generated by this proposal will be distributed over 4 years to Kava Network Developers. You can read more about it here: https://medium.com/kava-labs/kava-network-developer-incentives-298b652281aa

Disclaimer: The comments below are my own personal guesses/projections based on limited information about future plans and are in no way official or with any inside knowledge and are simply looking at current levels of growth of the community pool and total supply and making assumptions about levels of staking: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have had a look at some very rough projections and made some asumptions about how many of the Kava Rise incentives will be released and in circulation and what I think the total supply will be, etc so will only be rough guesses The actual inflation around 1st March would depend on what passive staking yield they wish to offer Eg. Inflation at just 5% would give a passive staking yield of around 14%, 7% inflation could provide around 20% and the current 10% inflation allocated to stakers would give around 28% staking yield Also remember their will be a yield you can earn from the liquid staking /staking derivatives (bKAVA)) the details of which are yet to be announced so we have no idea yet how high that yield will be. Inflation Staking Yield 1% 2.8% 2% 5.6% 3% 8.4% 4% 11.2% 5% 14.0% 6% 16.8% 7% 19.7% 8% 22.5% 9% 25.3% 10% 28.1% My guess would be perhaps 5-7% inflation giving 14-20% passive yield plus perhaps another 10-15% via the staking deriviatives, but this is purely speculation and might be a long way off

Could you do some in depth research on stability fees and it's deflationary effect on kava? I feel this aspect is often overlooked and reduces inflation
