Afaik, both are operated again by different team and chains. Comdex and AssetMantle are ecosystem applications built using the App-chain approach, being developed by independent teams outside of the Persistence core team. The core team focuses on staking and liquid staking, and is working on potential synergies with all ecosystem chains. Comdex will allow users to mint synthetic gold, silver, and many other commodities by opening CDPs against stkASSETs, thus driving demand for stkASSETs which in turn drives transaction volume on the Persistence Core-1 chain. Users of AssetMantle will be able to buy and sell NFTs using stkASSETs as a common mode of transaction settlement, thus broadening use-cases (and demand) for stkASSETs issued on Persistence Core-1 chain.
