it got transferred to some other address without my approval/knowledge, how is this possible? Is there any reason for that?
Only bnb or any other tokens also? Your wallet is compromised
When did this happen? Do you have any other tokens left in your wallet
There are dust kind of tokens I have, not big enough to get stollen
Please take your time and read this: Remember, Trust Wallet can't be hacked as it is decentralized and non-custodial. If your assets were transferred without your actions, it is because: 1. You shared your 12 words; 2. You saved your 12 words in a really bad place; 3. Your device is corrupted or compromised; 4. Someone had physical access to your device; 5. You used a DApp that had access to your private key and you gave the permission to do so. Signing transactions or messages from malicious DApps might authorize transfers of your assets; 6. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app; 7. You interacted with a scam token built on a scam Smart Contract. Unfortunately, confirmed transactions on blockchain are irreversible. What can you do? Create a new wallet, safely store your new recovery phrase (on paper in multiple places), and forget those assets in your compromised wallet. What can we do? Nothing at all. Please read and understand this: https://community.trustwallet.com/t/my-recovery-phrase-has-been-exposed/22405 Learn more about how to protect your cryptos and new wallet: https://community.trustwallet.com/t/3-steps-to-protect-your-crypto-wallet/152 https://community.trustwallet.com/t/7-essential-steps-to-keep-your-crypto-wallet-secure/35756
Can you mention your wallet address so that we can see if there's any transactions took place. Also how many bnb were gone
This would be typical in a compromised wallet; scammer won't waste Gas transferring Tokens with low or now value. Sorry for your loss, please just create a new wallet and move on. Don't send any more BNB (or any Coin for Gas) to the compromised wallet or it will be swept as well. Thanks or reading.
Why? This is common... what will you gain except encourage more phishing attacks? Best to just move on...
why did you clear the correspondence, did you deceive me?
I'm trying to figure out whether this is anywhere related to ongoing phantom wallet hack. Also I'm not sure whether the user is truly speaking or just creating stories
Please beware of scams under the name of support that messages you with any links .
I have never DM'd you. Don't get scammed! If you have a question, post here in English. Also, do not post links or the automated system will automatically remove and possibly mute or ban you.
I had very small amount of bnb in my wallet, still that got stolen I don't know what the scammer will do with that small amount But the big thing is that the transaction happened without my knowledge
Not related at all. This is common, please see message above. Here it is again: https://t.me/trustwallet/1098653
is this a scammer?
No. You can see the Admin and Moderator tags in real Admins and Moderators. Do you have an actual question? In general: If you are suspicious of an external website, just do not use it at all. And if something sounds too good to be true it mostly likely is a scam.
then why did you delete the correspondence with me after I entered the secret phrases?
You never messaged with me. Check my username. You must have been messaging with a scammer.
I'm sure that with you, you deleted your avatar in front of my eyes, in short, everything is clear, you are a scammer!
/warn knock it off. Did you try to DM me or something? If so you may have been auto-blocked as well. Never DM Admins, Moderators or any Trust Wallet Community Member without permission.
I am quite sure that I don't fall under any of the mentioned actions here, I don't know doing nothing also leads to compromising the account then why to even create a new one
Those are the options. If you never share your Recovery Phrase or interact with any DApps there are no other options.
maybe you know this site, are they scammers?: https: // blocksloop. xyz /node/
That's what I mean, it's a pity that there is no other option, I don't know which is the safe place to store the tokens anymore, until yesterday Trustwallet was my go-to safe place but now it became only wallet the trust is gone
Again, we do not have or provide info on other websites or DApps, you need to Do Your Own Research on them. As mentioned to you before, best advice is if you are unsure of a site do not use it at all!
It's not a Trust Wallet Issue, it's a wallet address issue. Somehow you lost control of your Recovery Phrase by interacting somewhere. Try to remember what you may have used to transfer, receive, view your assets. If you paste your BNB BEP20 address here for review I can take a look. NOTE: Please do not DM Admins, Moderators or any Trust Wallet Community Member without permission.
Can the hackers steal 0.84$ worth of BNB, you tell me?
Again, what is your BNB public Address? Paste it here for review, please.
