serious about support tickets? In recent Tweet VeVe updated its policy for certain regions i.e PAKISTAN if there were supposed to be consequences/restrictions like this we should not be allowed to buy GEMS... i have bought GEMS/collectibles almost around PKR 1Million and each and every GEM was been purchased by my credit card..you guys wont believe i have even provided state police verification certificate for proof of residence but everytime i generate ticket after some days i got replied with SUMSUB link idk but iam damn sure it go through documents via A.I and then because all the official documents are issued in my NATIVE language "URDU" it got rejected...iam verified on BINANCE,KUCOIN & The list goes on.
Please consider if there is someone who can forward my request to any serious concerned person all my documents are official and can be verified via govt PAKISTAN websites.

I am sorry but believe me i was expecting this kind of reply you gonna forward me to discord they gonna suggest me to generate ticket and so and so and so this is my Ticket #1012536204 (generated on 23rd of July) please try to understand if you guys are operating globally it is not possible that verification process can be go through like this...can you please help me?
