but it can't be on account of other LPs - they are many who believe the protocol will recover and want to get more than the current haircut and prefer to wait. but you can propose it on governance if you think it's a better alternative - I personally don't think so

Yes sir of course they can stay no one is obliging them to stay. But give people who trusted Bancor a fair way out is way healthier than the current situation IMO. I'm a BNT holder so I have interest in both sides
