Good evening ! Could you tell me how many TPS

can be handled by the Casper blockchain ?
Can it be adjusted according to the demand ? Can the blockchain support Layer 2 ?

As I believe that Casper could be a blockchain for professionnal use, but it would mean it has to handle an insane amount of TPS.

Thank you. My goal was not to compare TPS with any other blockchain (which is useless and not really important if only used to compare...) I mentionned the TPS just to imagine how would Casper handle a worldwide demand combined with thousands of project developed on the casper blockchain. Thats why also I asked if Layer 2 could be developped on casper. Anyway, going too much in details would be too complicated for me, I am not a IT guy... thanks tho !
