What if the USDN > Waves swap goes back to

having a random time to happen (as it used to) but only when the BR < 1?

Wouldn't it help to stop Waves from draining from SC?

it looks like the amount of waves draining from SC is more than burning USDN, that's why br does not increase by means of swaps in my view
