Right now we have 4 ways of improving BR on
the table:
1. burning USDN for SURF
2. locking Waves for SURF
3. locking Waves for NSBT
4. locking Waves for USDN
as we all see none of the above is happening en masse so I see two possible scenarios:
A. team / market maker shrinked by a lot and lost it’s ability or will to improve things visibly (we are on our own and only the community can heal protocol usings 4 methods available so there is systemic risk of neutrino downfall)
B. team / market maker still has the ability to improve things just does not want to do it now (can do it at any given time soo there is no real systemic risk of neutrino downfall)
I tend to believe we are still in a scenario B but dont know what are we waiting for. Perhaps something big is brewing just around the corner?

I think we are in the B scenario too. I think that we wait until Sasha will repay most of his debt in vires, pump the curve 3pool and then he will lock waves for surf. Something like that
