You said "that you can see the LTC in binance, but it's still confirming". If used a very very very small fee, it will probably take really long (i.e.:: 1-2 days) or try the above method to fix it or increase the fee...

Rand,,, go on YouTube and search for Crypto Guide - Fixing Stuck Bitcoin Transaction...ect. It will be the same for LTC. He is an Absolutely really good Tech and I would recommend to watch all his Tutorials. Some are advanced, but it would be very educational to learn. Don't panic, your funds should be safe .. Let me know, how it goes ..

Rand, Anything you download, Make sure you verify the signature (PGP signature, ect). For example, if you go to the Electrum wallet (& that you are on the official Website & verifying the signature will verify that you are on the correct website) , make sure that you verify the signature. Tip::: Go to CoinMarket Cap and use this site to go to the correct Coin/Token Website - You should still need to verify the signature...
