Our front end like many others out there are available on github for anyone to contribute and submit issues. Even if it was hidden and not available, it wouldn't stop any bad actors that setup phishing or scam sites. This happens all the time with blockchain websites but also in the real world (e.g. see the countless phishing sites that are setup to look like your typical bank website).
Also, if you do flag any malicious domains we encourage you to continue forwarding those to us. We still try to take those down by reporting them to the correct individuals (usually, the success rate is high.
